To light Knoll's showroom in a beautiful, yet energy efficient method, Focus mixed a variety of sources, primarily metal halide and fluorescent. In addition to keeping the wattage down, the client also wanted to reuse fixtures previously installed in another showroom. To accomplish this, while maintaining a bare ceiling, the design team developed a custom mounting bracket, adding an elegant decorative statement to the lighting.
