This Chelsea duplex combines beautiful interior spaces with lovely terrace views looking both North and South. The Lighting goal was to feature decorative French Modern light fixtures, allowing them to act as the apparent source of light for the rooms, while using small aperture adjustable light fixtures to accent artwork and architectural features throughout the residence.

Features of the residence include:

- Individual Shelf Lighting throughout the Library and Galley Pantry areas.
- Additive color mixing light treatment to create a halo of light around the living room bar’s decorative mirror, allowing the mirror to “float” from the backbar.
