For the Chambers Hotel, Focus Lighting turned to the art galleries in New York’s Tribeca And Chelsea neighborhoods for conceptual inspiration. In addition to providing boutique accommodations for its guests, the hotel is also home to an extensive collection of original art, displayed in the lobby, corridors and guest rooms.

To define the art in relation to the space it inhabits, accents were used on each piece to highlight the work’s presence on the hotel’s wall space. The resulting juxtaposition of color and texture carefully contrasted to the smooth planes of the architecture created a modern and elegant art gallery environment for hotel guests to enjoy during their stay.
