The intent of the project was to create a clean bright environment of daytime transactions and a dramatic, identifiable and memorable after-hours experience. This was achieved through the use of ceiling coves and recessed wall coves to hide a dual-color lighting system. T5H0 lams allowed for a (2) color system while still keeping the coves small, while also using the fewest number of fixtures and meeting the required light levels.
The marketing program required changing the “light color” of the space to match the current campaign colors. The mission statement wall and exterior windows change color via digital LED fixtures and a remote mounted controller. The interior spaces use colored gel sleeves on the fluorescent tubes.
Limited access to the exterior windows required using the least “intrusive” method of color change. A remotely programmable color changing LED system was used to up-light the graphic glass panels.
