Opening its first location in the Northeast, Setai Condominiums NYC offers elegant condos, a spa and restaurant for their residents and for guests.  Focus Lighting, Inc. worked to bring interest and dynamism to the lighting of the lobby, restaurant and residential rooms. In the exterior and lobby, up-lights highlights the columns, custom designed decorative pendants are fixed to the ceiling, and recessed ceiling fixtures light the reception desk and seating areas. Toward the restaurant, a corridor for housing wine sparkles and shimmers, as layers of glass and color create a memorizing hallway. The reception area for the dining space is backlit with red fixtures to bring out the intricacies of the wall panels. The bar is another interesting feature space where unique pendants hang above the bar top. Liquor risers and glass shelves are down-lit with ceiling fixtures in overhead niches. The décor is Asian inspired and refined with many modern elements and use of dark woods, sculpted metal, and accents of colored light.
