At celebrity chef Bobby Flay's restaurant Gato, the lighting pays tribute to the building's 100-year-old history. Exposed brass fixtures bring out the rich texture of the original vaulted brick ceiling. Mercury-lined glass pendants hover over the main dining room, providing a stark contrast to the geometric brass fixtures which omit a warm, amber glow along the perimeter.
